I made one small change to the last quote from this month's message. I added a "should" in the first sentence only because I think it is a great reminder that this is something we should do but we aren't perfect at it. I love the first question..."How does knowing that each person is created in God's image help us in our association with others?" Even when it's tough we need to remember that everyone, ourselves included is a divine, worthy child of God.
It can be so hard to be patient! I know for me that is one of my greatest struggles. I appreciated this beautiful reminder that constantly working towards the attributes of patience and long suffering is not just a "nice character trait" it is part of my journey to be more Christlike. :) Jen
March VT Message: Jesus Christ is the Light of The World Jesus has asked that we “hold up [His] light that it may shine unto the world” (3 Nephi 18:24). What a wonderful challenge for us and the sisters we visit to share the "Light of Christ" with others. I loved the promise by Henry B. Eyring that every time we "try" (he didn't say we had to be perfect) to be more like the Savior our testimonies are strengthened, we will know the Savior is the Light of The World and we will reflect the light of Christ to others. That makes me want to try harder! :)
The image is formatted as a 4X6, let me know if you need another size. Prints at photo centers cost about 10 cents each. Check around for a good deal. :) Jen
